Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3864 - $4057 per month
Full CSU Classification Salary Range: $3864 - $6072 per month
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical dental and vision plans membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) sick and vacation time and 15 paid holidays a year. Job Summary
Please note we are hiring two Administrative Support Coordinators. One in the School of Nursing and the other in Communicative Sciences and Deaf Studies. Please see more details about each position below:
The ASC I works closely with the School of Nursing (SON) Coordinators and Directors of Graduate Programs (MSN/FNP DNP and PMHNP) to provide administrative support. Supervised by the SON Chair responsibilities include maintaining program and student records processing program-related requests and documents and compiling data for standard reports. The role also involves researching issues and providing recommendations for resolution. Additionally the ASC I supports the SON office by answering and routing phone calls assisting office visitors and addressing inquiries. This position requires direct interaction with SON faculty staff students university personnel and community members.
Under the supervision of the department chair the primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the department chair and faculty and perform ongoing coordination and lead direction of support staff (ASA II) in the Communicative Sciences and Deaf Studies Department. The Administrative Support Coordinator I is expected to use general office equipment and office support technology and systems including word processing spreadsheets and use of online systems to enter data and generate reports.
