POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Operations is relentless in his/her aim to facilitate effective school functioning and provide leadership on all non-instructional obligations in order to allow for a laser-focus on student achievement. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the Director of Operations leads the operations department in ensuring effective day to day site operations in the following areas: facility maintenance technology food service procurement safety and compliance areas.
The ideal candidate for this position thrives on solving challenges navigating ambiguity and finding ways to work smarter. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of effective project management data and information analysis outcomes-based planning and relationship building.
