Job Description
- Analyze fleet to determine yearly orders approved by Controller
- Ensure drivers are compliant with vehicle maintenance needs and assist drivers with maintenance questions and issues
- Register vehicles and issue insurance cards
- Obtain rentals and/or tow for breakdowns/accidents
- Manage Enterprise website Setup new vehicles and assign/reassign/terminate drivers
- Manage fuel cards through WEX
- Manage fleet through Samsara Setup assign and maintain GPS and cameras
- Assist with review of monthly vendor bills to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Assist with any ad hoc requests from drivers and managers
- This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills commitment and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
- Must be able to drive a company owned vehicle which includes meeting specified criteria to do so as well as following all policies and requirements to remain in good standing.
