Due to growth Performance Plus Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Imperial Beach CA. Full-time availability is preferred 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 20 hours of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. The ability to specialize in an area such as pelvic floor aquatic therapy vestibular or pediatrics is encouraged and supported. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for this full-time position starts at $86000 per year and goes from there based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm Friday 7am-4pm. No weekends. No major holidays! The typical work schedule for clinicians includes working until 7pm 2 days per week.

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or PTLA)
- Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
- New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
- Full-time 40 hours per week are available.
- Part-time candidates with 20 hours of availability will also be considered.

Having grown up in Massachusetts with a mom who spent nearly 40 years practicing physical therapy and a dad spending nearly 50 years as a firefighter helping others in my community became a goal of mine at a very young age. After spending a decade working as a staff therapist for various companies I knew I wanted and needed to do more to assure high level quality patient care.
In 2017 PPPT was born out of a passion and desire to provide a unique personalized over the top PT experience unlike no other. My goal was to create a warm friendly clean environment with a top-notch staff that went above and beyond to assure the patients experience was one that they would never forget. Since opening our first location in Chula Vista we have expanded to both Imperial Beach and National City covering the entire South Bay region.
