A Myrtle Beach favorite and part of a well-established family-owned restaurant group based in the Southeast is looking for a proven Executive Chef to lead its high-volume scratch kitchen. With over $9M in annual sales and a consistently packed dining room this is one of the busiest and most respected restaurants in the area.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen knows how to manage a large BOH team and can deliver consistent execution at scale.
As Executive Chef Youll:
- Lead all BOH operations in a scratch high-volume kitchen
- Hire train and mentor a large and experienced culinary team
- Ensure food quality consistency and presentation are always top-notch
- Manage food and labor costs inventory and kitchen scheduling
- Oversee sanitation organization and food safety compliance
- Work closely with FOH leadership to deliver smooth guest-focused service
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of Executive Chef or CDC experience in $8M annual sales environments
- Proven ability to lead large teams and maintain high performance under pressure
- Strong systems knowledge and cost control skills
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
