Practice Manager - Healthcare
Our client is a growing Healthcare organization based in Florida that offers its employees a great work/life balance top-rated management and a low turnover rate.

The Position: The Practice Manager will be able to implement and maintain company protocols within the operations. The Practice Manager should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally as a servant leader.
- $50000 - $70000 Base Salary

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in operations or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury.
- Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy productivity and reliability.
- Manage the daily functions of the business/oversee location.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
- Managing patient experience and driving the KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team.
