Position: Service Drive Concierge
Employment: Full-time hourly
Location: Phoenix AZ

Position Overview:
Courtesy Chevrolet a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership is seeking a Concierge on our Service Drive to welcome all guests and customers ensuring they feel valued and well-directed from the moment they enter the premises. The concierge is the face of the business setting the tone for the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly Greet / Acknowledge customers in the service drive
- Confirm purpose of visit and guide to proper department as needed
- Inform advisors of customer arrival
- Maintain service reception area patio and waiting room
- Work with porters to keep areas free of trash
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
- Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
