Waterford School a member of Caledonia Cooperative School District is in need of an education paraprofessional to work with students in grades K-8 in small group settings. This position is full-time during the school year with 178 successful candidate will enjoy working with elementary students working in a school environment in small group settings. The paraprofessional will work closely with the classroom teacher to ensure students are reaching their goals. Waterford School is a PreK through 8th grade school located near the New Hampshire border and has a student population of approximately 150. Special education paraeducators follow the Caledonia Cooperative Education Association collective bargaining agreement. Support staff receive 4 personal days 15 sick days 5 holidays and work a school year calendar of 178 days. At least two years of college is desired. All paraeducators must either have two years of college credit or will need to pass The Parapro Assessment or The Master Teacher Highly Qualified Para Assessment.
