Location: Hybrid 2 3 days In Office

The Role

Were looking for a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our B2B/D2C business. In this role youll help manage our Shopify Plus store and assist in executing digital marketing initiatives across email SMS SEO and paid media. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify Plus Klaviyo and performance advertising along with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive traffic conversions and customer retention.

You are a self-starter with a passion for E-commerce and Marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments are detail-oriented and take pride in executing initiatives that drive measurable results. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities & Duties

Shopify Plus Management

  • Manage front-end and back-end Shopify Plus operations including product setup collections inventory and site updates
  • Support site merchandising and promotions such as homepage refreshes product launches virtual bundles and discount codes
  • Collaborate with developers on custom functionality app integrations and site enhancements
  • Optimize site performance mobile UX and the conversion funnel to drive engagement and sales

Email & SMS

  • Develop and manage Klaviyo flows (welcome cart/browse abandonment post-purchase winback) including SMS as part of the nurture journey
  • Segment campaigns based on customer behavior and engagement
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns for promotions product launches and announcements
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions

SEO

  • Execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth
  • Optimize product pages collection pages blogs and landing pages
  • Conduct SEO audits resolve technical issues and improve site speed

Paid Media

  • Support with content creation media planning and buying across Meta Google and LinkedIn
  • Provide data-driven insights to increase traffic conversions and brand awareness

Analytics Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across Shopify Plus Klaviyo GA4 and paid media channels
  • Contribute to weekly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights
  • Run A/B tests on the website email campaigns and ad creatives
  • Analyze customer trends and identify growth opportunities

Your Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field
  • 2 years of E-commerce and Marketing experience ideally in B2B/D2C or consumer brands Proficient in Shopify Plus Klaviyo and key digital channels including email/SMS SEO and paid media
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Attentive Recharge HubSpot and AI technologies for graphic design automation or analytics is a plus
