*This position is a 100% remote U.S. based opportunity that can be based in one of the following states only: AL FL LA MA NJ NC SC TX.

Travel for in-person agent meetings conferences trade shows and sales team meetings will be required.

About the Position:

We have a great opportunity on our Sales team for a highly motivated hunter that will seek out sign up manage relationships and do whatever it takes to rapidly grow our existing agent base. You can sell! This is a fast-paced position that is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities: (What youll be asked to do)

  • Identify source and hunt down new agent relationships to rapidly grow our agent base.
  • Understand prospective agents customer base and marketing strategy by presenting and explaining how Swyfft fits with their customers and strategy.
  • Deliver persuasive in-person and virtual sales presentations to agents by showcasing Swyffts world-class user experience and the products we offer.
  • Promote Swyffts platform through the education of agents at trade shows conferences and industry events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activity and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Partner with our sales and marketing team members to improve our agency platform experience.


The Successful Candidate: (What were looking for)

  • You dont wait for the phone to ring; you make the calls knock on doors and find new relationships that lead to increased production.
  • You have a resilient personality; you can overcome any objection that comes your way and can turn setbacks into steppingstones.
  • Youre comfortable working in a metric-driven goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can craft persuasive communications to capture the attention of even the most skeptical prospects.
  • Your natural curiosity about the P&C world makes you a valuable player in policy language and coverage.


Some Requirements:

  • 5 years of sales experience at an MGA carrier or agency environment.
  • Previous knowledge of Homeowners Commercial and Flood policies and programs.


Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is required.


Computer Skills:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office and other internal insurance related programs systems or applications. You must be good with technology and able to pick up on internal systems and programs quickly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using programs such as Slack & MS Teams. You are comfortable sharing screens and video chatting.
  • Experience with CRM programs such as HubSpot is a plus.


Other:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connectivity required.
  • Designated quiet work from home space.


The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $70000 - $100000 per year benefits.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of what Swyfft may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills qualifications and experience. The range reflects annual compensation (as applicable) and does not include bonuses or other incentives that the company may choose to pay at its sole discretion.
