Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the automation deployment and optimization of our Windows Server and IIS-based systems. Youll play a key role in designing resilient infrastructure streamlining CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps and championing DevOps best practices across our engineering teams. This position is ideal for a solution-oriented engineer with a deep understanding of infrastructure as code and cloud-native tooling.
Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities
Architect implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration for Windows Server and IIS environments.
Monitor analyze and optimize system performance security and scalability.
Develop and manage infrastructure as code with PowerShell ARM templates and related tools.
Collaborate closely with developers and operations teams to ensure seamless application deployment.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and maintain high availability.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices cloud governance and security compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years of experience in DevOps Systems Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Proven expertise with Windows Server administration and IIS configuration.
Advanced experience with Azure DevOps including pipelines repos and project workflows.
Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell YAML and IaC tools.
Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
Knowledge of Azure Functions or similar serverless/cloud automation tools.
Excellent troubleshooting analytical and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
