LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that Designs Builds and Delivers Web and Mobile applications worldwide specializing in comprehensive solutions across industries such as FinTech E-commerce EdTech and others. We are currently seeking a talented Middle Project Manager with 3 years of experience to join our team.
Project description:
As a Project Manager you will lead active development of the consulting platform that helps businesses identify and select the most suitable software solutions for their operational needs. The company specializes in guiding clients through the software evaluation and purchasing process across various domains including HR software financial systems PEO services recruiting and talent acquisition tools global workforce management and benefits brokerage.
You will be responsible for understanding the clients needs and guiding the team in proposing the best implementation approaches. You will manage the project lifecycle coordinate with developers and stakeholders and ensure clear communication with the client to deliver a high-quality maintainable solution. Our work environment is centered on collaboration innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to tackle complex challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- 3 years of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello)
- Solid experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Experience in budgeting and project timeline planning
- Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience in creating invoices
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience with E-commerce Consulting platform or EdTech projects
- Experience in creating Gantt charts
- Understanding of various software development technologies and stacks
- Basic understanding of software development technologies and architecture
- Project management certifications
- Agile/Scrum training or certifications
