Join our team at Keolis Amey Metrolink (KAM) the largest light rail network in the UK!
Come and join our People team we are recruiting for a Recruitment & L&D Coordinator on a 12mth fixed term contract. You will roll your sleeves up and initially support with recruitment followed by L&D providing a support service to the wider business and both recruitment and the L&D teams.
The role will offer you lots of variety and opportunity to develop and grow your recruitment and L&D knowledge as no day will be the same. There will be opportunity to change the way we do things and take the lead on process improvement projects.
Recruitment Manage the recruitment mailbox and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) advertise vacancies on multiple platforms shifting CVs coordinating interviews scheduling assessment days and supporting the offer and onboarding process. You will play a key role in the candidate experience throughout the application and onboarding process.
L&D Manage the L&D mailbox maintain accurate employee training records in the LMS system coordinate trainee invites room and training bookings and requirements. You will play a key role supporting the trainers with any adhoc admin support collating learners feedback to enhance learning programmes.
As a team we provide first class customer service to our candidates and colleagues ensuring best practice is at the forefront of what we do bringing to life our people strategy - Attract develop Retain.
