What youll be doing:
- Making outbound B2B sales calls (90% cold leads 10% warm leads) using a dialler system.
- Building strong relationships and a healthy sales pipeline.
- Providing competitive quotes for dual fuel (gas and electricity) packages.
- Explaining terms and conditions clearly and professionally.
- Taking direct debit details and completing the sale process.
- Checking credit scores via Experian and verifying meter compatibility.
- Following a scripted FCA-regulated sales pitch.
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or a similar target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
- A proactive resilient attitude and a team-player mindset.
