The Project
CPB Constructors in Alliance partnership with Sedgman SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project involving construction of a new primary crusher a 12-kilometre overland conveyor radial stacker and associated stockpiling systems with a capacity of 30Mtpa. The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now and will go through until mid 2026.
Your opportunity
Reporting to the Project Director you will be providing administrative support services to fulfilloperational and strategic objectives of the Management Team. Duties will include:
- Managing email prioritisation document preparation meeting preparation and diary management.
- Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting of correspondence submissions papers agendas and presentations.
- Maintaining an effective system to ensure records and documents are protected from a confidentiality viewpoint.
- Organising meetings functions and conferences as required internally and externally.
- Providing support to the overall project management team
To be successful in this role you must have the following
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant within the construction Industry at management level highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
- Demonstrated organisational planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment.
