Job Description
Summary:The Lawn Maintenance Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality of work fora rapidly growing portfolio of commercial and residential clients
Major Duties:
Supervises seasonal annual planting and designing of annual flower beds.
Visits and evaluations client properties pre and post service
Provides instruction to crews on additional work needed on properties
Provides internal feed back to management and crew members on quality and performance
Develops and maintains excellent customer service with current and potential clients.
Assists with snow removal when necessary.
Crew member Training:
Implement and conduct ongoing training program based on crew member deficiencies
Conduct weekly training
Conduct and schedule on the job training
Experience
At least 2 years horticultural work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
Required Experience:
