Job Description
Due to our continued growth we are looking for solid professionals that are seeking the right opportunity with huge growth potential. Currently we are looking for an Express Lube Service Advisor to join our service team.
Pay Scale: Starting @ $17.00 an hour plus commissions

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests promptly
- Obtaining guest and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the guest
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating guests frequently
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explaining all completed work and charges to guests
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in a service advisory or other customer service role
- Preferred automotive literacy
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- CSI focused
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
