Job Summary:
The Sales and Service Client Growth Specialist is responsible for generating new Sales and Service business for the Company by answering incoming calls e-mail inquiries and live chat messages and executing marketing campaigns. Additionally the position assists with digital advertising campaigns incorporating creativity and best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Becomes proficient in all aspects of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Web Site Provider Service Scheduler and AI Solutions.
- Develops and implements business growth strategies to increase service and sales business.
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Analyzes service and sales data to identify trends gaps and areas for improvement.
- Monitors market competition and review with store President and department managers monthly.
- Designs and executes customer outreach campaigns loyalty programs and follow-up systems.
- Develops and manages key performance indicators (KPIs) for service and sales department growth.
- Identifies presents and executes campaign opportunities to specifically target various cross sections of clients in accordance with current business conditions inventory incentives or any other contributing factors.
- In conjunction with Service Manager develops service to sales business model.
- Receives inbound sales phone calls responds to Internet sales leads and corresponds with customers through live chat text email or phone calls.
- Identifies the customers needs provides information and addresses any concerns and schedules an appointment for the customer with a Sales Associate which should ultimately result in a vehicle sale.
- Completes a total of 60-90 tasks daily (300 450 weekly)
- Minimum of 40-50 outbound/inbound calls daily
- Minimum of 20-40 email task activities completed daily (chats emails)
- Performance standards measure how many leads were converted to showroom visits (appointments) and how many of those showroom visits resulted in a sale. The Sales and Service Client Growth Specialist should be fully capable of both traditional and Internet-specific automotive sales processes.
- Prepares reports showing appointments scheduled which customers showed up and which customers were sold from leads received.
- Places outbound calls to potential leads based on current marketing campaigns and lease termination lists.
- Under the direction of the management team conducts market research to include market conditions pricing issues and competitors current marketing and incentive programs.
- Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must have a strong customer service background.
- Previous sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess strong computer skills specifically in Microsoft Outlook and Excel and in navigating through websites.
- Must have the ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired results. Negotiation skills with evidence-based feedback is a plus.
- Travel to other Company locations as requested along with manufacturer training and other relevant training courses required.
