What youll do
- Manage key accounts across multiple markets in the NM region
- Generate your own leads to build new client relationships to support the companys expansion
- Focus on service and maintenance then upsell to re-roofing projects
- Leverage existing referral channels including HOAs senior living real estate firms and roof consultants
What you need
- A proven business developer with a hunter mindset
- Experience in multi-family or commercial sectors (roofing experience is a plus but not required)
- Someone with an existing book of business
- Motivated by earning potential and long-term career growth
