The Discovery Sales Representative speaks with guests with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners after the guests have attended a full presentation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations LLC.
- 2-year Term Product
- Shows the guest the benefit of owning with Capital Vacations
- Builds the dream of vacation for the guest
- All other duties as assigned
Education Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Maintain 10% closing measured by monthly sales reports
- Experience in timeshare sales a plus
Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shift:
- Daytime hours
- Weekends required
