Job Description
Walt Massey Automotive Group is a fast growing automotive retail company serving South Mississippi FloridaArkansasand Louisiana . We are looking to add an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to our team as a Business Development Center(BDC) Representative.
As a BDC Representative youll be a part of a team of motivated professionals seeking to assist with the growth and success of our company.
Base Pay : $12/hour Commission
Shift Available: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Receive all inbound service calls and coordinate schedules of service advisors and service appointments..
- Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
- Provides administrative assistance as needed.
- Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Continually learn about product updates features accessories inventory and their benefits to the customer.
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Provide service management information by completion reports.
- Attend service meeting and training sessions as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Proficient knowledge of the Internet/Computer
Maintaining a positive can-do attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
