Senior Attorney

- Work location: Texas Health Resources (Arlington TX)
- Core work hours: Monday Friday; 8:00a-5:00p; Hybrid typically 3 days remote with some flexibility depending on work load
Job Qualifications
Represents and advises in all legal matters for THR hospitals THPG or other THR System Services departments. Handles a wide range of legal responsibilities as assigned. Assists with interpretation and application of State and Federal rules. Works with minimal supervision Vice President Legal Services.
Participate as a member and/or attend various committees and/or meetings.
Experience
5 Years Legal or Compliance experience Required
and
2 Years Healthcare Law Required
Licenses and Certifications
JD - Juris Doctor by State Bar of Texas with in 6 Months of hire Required
The primary focus of work experience in the hospital/health care industry should includePhysician Group ofhospitalsis a plus. Medical malpractice experience isnotrelevant to this position.
Skills
Strong academic credentials excellent writing and speaking skills ability to relate to all levels of personnel within THR as well as medical staff members.
