GSOC Supervisor Full Time

Location:Centennial Hills NV
Salary:$75000/YR
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The GSOC Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution service enhancement and expansion new business development operational effectiveness preparation of post orders staffing scheduling supervision and training.
As a GSOC Supervisor you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelors degree in security management criminal justice emergency management international relations or a related field.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- 3 years of experience in GSOC or security operations environment
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisor role.
- Experience in managing global security operations risk monitoring and crisis response preferred.
- Strong Leadership and team management skills needed.
- Proficient in security software platforms (e.g. Genetec Lenel Everbridge Dataminr OnSolve)
