Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure: Current and valid Massachusetts PT license.
Experience (Preferred): 1 year in outpatient neurological/orthopedic settings or vestibular rehab.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in balance/vestibular rehab (FYZICAL Balance Level 1 certification required before start date).
Soft Skills: Self-motivated compassionate and able to work autonomously.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and diagnose physical limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapies as needed.
- Educate patients on at-home care techniques.
