Position: Licensed Retention Specialist

Location: Florida (HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale FL)

Status: In Office Full Time

Dress code: Business Casual Casual Fridays

Starting Rate: $20/hr Paid training and opportunity to increase to $22/hr Commission after successful training period.

Our agents are provided with the highest quality self-generated leads in the industry by way of an innovative in-house marketing team with advanced dialing and texting strategies. That is why we take pride in the quality of our leads.

We generate the highest quality contacts by way of our in-house marketing organization. We spend on average over $10000 per week per agent on leads and marketing. We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (Fronters/ Qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data producing fresh and warm fronts that are pre-qualified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long. You will not get higher-quality contacts elsewhere that is guaranteed!

As a Licensed Retention Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting previously enrolled clients or existing clients by verifying their interest in a new plan or upselling additional products. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.

The Opportunity

• You engage with existing customers who are considering cancellation to understand their concerns and offer solutions to retain their business.
• You will address and resolve customer complaints ensuring a satisfactory resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
• You will gather customer feedback to identify common issues and work with other departments to implement improvements.
• You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• You will be the subject matter expert in our policies and be able to simplify the process for customers to understand.
• You will identify opportunities to rewrite clients into more compatible health plans

What you bring to the table

• You have demonstrated experience in the Health Insurance Sales industry with customer sales experience.
• You have experience selling U65 Private Health Insurance and ACA.
• You must have an active 215 license.
• You are tech savvy and have experience with tools like healthsherpa five9 and zoho.
• You have effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• You are a detail oriented person with strong active listening skills.
• You have exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
• You will have to be able to think on your feet and take direction and feedback very well.
• You are highly motivated in your own success - We provide you with the tools but it is ultimately up to you to use them.
• You stay updated on product knowledge company policies and best practices in customer retention and apply this knowledge in daily interactions.
• You will work closely with sales marketing and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach to customer retention.
• You always remain courteous and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  
  

Location & Hours

• • This is an In-Office Position (Our HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale Florida.)
  • Hours of operation:
    • 9AM-7:00PM EST Monday-Thursday
    • 9AM-5PM EST Friday

• You must attend Monday Tuesday and Wednesday morning meetings at 8:40am before the shift starts at 9am EST.

Compensation

The pay structure is $20.00/ hour to start plus commission and any overtime. You will have the opportunity to advance in this position post training.
