Position: Licensed Retention Specialist
Location: Florida (HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale FL)
Status: In Office Full Time
Dress code: Business Casual Casual Fridays
Starting Rate: $20/hr Paid training and opportunity to increase to $22/hr Commission after successful training period.

Health Insurance Alliance (HIA) is looking for a highly motivated Jr. Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are a rapidly growing technology focused Insurance sales company whose employees maintain a competitive nature and a desire to succeed above all.

Our agents are provided with the highest quality self-generated leads in the industry by way of an innovative in-house marketing team with advanced dialing and texting strategies. We know firsthand how much of a difference the quality of leads makes in a sales organization. A great salesperson without quality leads is like a great musician without an instrument to play. That is why we take pride in the quality of our leads.
We generate the highest quality contacts by way of our in-house marketing organization. We spend on average over $10000 per week per agent on leads and marketing. We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (Fronters/ Qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data producing fresh and warm fronts that are pre-qualified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long. You will not get higher-quality contacts elsewhere that is guaranteed!
As a Licensed Retention Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting previously enrolled clients or existing clients by verifying their interest in a new plan or upselling additional products. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
