Type: Reduced Full-Time / Flexible Part-Time
Compensation: Hourly Commission Membership Perks
- Greet members and guests with a warm energetic welcome
- Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership options
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal members
- Maintain front desk operations and studio cleanliness
- Support sales campaigns and community events
- Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience every time
What Were Looking For:
- Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
- Sales experience (fitness or retail preferred)
- Passionate about health fitness and helping others reach their goals
- Available to work 3035 hours/week including a mix of morning evening and weekend shifts
- Team player with a do whatever it takes attitude

- Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color its an attitude)
- Flexible to work day evening and/or weekend hours as needed
- High school diploma required

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
