About the role:
As an IT Site Lead for Canada you will be the primary point of contact for IT operations across our Canadian business unit ensuring seamless technology service delivery and alignment with business needs. This hybrid role based in Mississauga will oversee infrastructure technical support and IT projects while collaborating closely with regional and global teams.
What youll do:
In this role you will focus on managing daily IT operations leading local infrastructure support and driving business transformation through effective IT solutions.
In detail you will:
Act as the main liaison between IT and Canadian business units ensuring operational alignment.
Oversee IT operations including second-level technical support infrastructure maintenance and incident resolution.
Ensure reliable IT support for office and distribution center operations maintaining uptime for warehouse systems and logistics platforms.
Manage and maintain local network infrastructure including LAN/WAN and wireless connectivity.
Perform on-site server and network administration monitoring and troubleshooting.
Deploy and configure PCs laptops printers AV equipment and mobile devices using SCCM and Autopilot.
Implement and enforce desktop hardware and software standards across the region.
Support local application deployments and integrations including SAP and enterprise platforms.
Monitor IT performance metrics ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and manage IT risks.
Lead vendor negotiations RFQs/RFPs and service delivery oversight.
Ensure compliance with Canadian IT regulations particularly around data privacy and security.
Who you are:
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or related field.
3 years of experience in IT operations infrastructure management and technical support.
Hands-on experience with networking (Cisco Meraki Fortinet) Windows environments and enterprise applications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to provide after-hours remote and in-person support when required.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual in English/French preferred.

This hybrid role is based in Mississauga Ontario supporting business units across the region. Local travel may be required based on project needs.
