As our Bars Manager youll be right at the heart of the action leading the teams across our two main restaurants the exciting Tiki Bar and our popular Tandoori restaurant. Youll ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience with great service great drinks and a great atmosphere.
Youll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all bar operations from stock control and rota management to developing your team and ensuring service standards are always on point. Its a brilliant opportunity to bring energy leadership and your own flair to a dynamic role!

What you will be doing...
- Achieve budgets and margins for all the bar operation ensuring stock costs and overheads are controlled.
- Complete bar stock takes report results & take appropriate actions
- Recruit inspire develop & motivate team members to maximise efficiently and give an amazing customer experience
- Ensuring all beverages are served in quantities as per licensing regulations and company policy.
