- Versatile in project management tools (e.g. Jira) and methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- Excellent English communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Proven ability tolead end-to-end design for complex digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and business impact and is proficient in tools like Figma for creating flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience managing complex design projects
- Deep understanding of the fullproduct development lifecycle
- A collaborative analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to balanceuser needs technical feasibility and business goals
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience withdesign systems accessibility standards (A11y) user research content strategy or Agile environments is a plus.
