La Trobe University is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer to join our Leadership Capability and Performance (LCP) team in the People and Culture division. This parental leave replacement role plays a key part in supporting enterprise-wide learning development and capability initiatives that help grow a culture of continuous improvement and leadership across the University.
About the Role
As the Senior Officer youll coordinate day-to-day operations that underpin the successful delivery of workshops learning programs and capability initiatives. Youll also support the LCP team with:
- Planning and coordinating staff development programs and events
- Managing internal systems (e.g. Learning Management System) and communications
- Processing invoices tracking budgets and updating records
- Preparing reports and supporting enterprise-wide learning solutions
- Providing outstanding administrative and stakeholder support
- Project coordination and contributing to key programs of work
About You
Were looking for someone who brings:
- A degree with relevant experience or extensive administrative knowledge
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems such as HRIS and LMS
- A proactive team-focused mindset and a commitment to quality service delivery
