Job Description
Hospice Nurse RN Case Manager
We are currently searching for a Hospice Nurse to join one of the best companies in the industry. They are a very progressive well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the West Palm Beach FL area. Since 1978 they have been serving the community in Southeast Florida.
Our client is offering the following benefits:
- $30 to $40 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
- Average Case Load of About 16-21 Patients
- Average 4-6 Patients Per Day
- Monday Friday 8:30 to 5pm And 1 Weekend Every 6 Weeks
- Home And Facility Visits
- Coverage Area Field Visits Boca Raton
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
- Experience in Home Health or Hospice Preferred (NOT REQUIRED)
