POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to play a key role in driving the financial performance of the White River Manufacturing Group through effective forecasting planning and analysis. This is a collaborative role working with key business leaders and stakeholders to bring insightful analytics that will influence business decisions for a fast-paced high-growth business. This exciting and transformational work will need a finance leader that is intellectually curious that can interpret data identify trends and use this information to improve business processes and decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Drives weekly/monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across a variety of stakeholders ensuring completeness and thoughtfulness of individual inputs and consolidation.
Distributes weekly sales reporting to leadership that clearly communicates areas of risks and opportunities.
Prepares monthly financial reporting presentations that highlight root causes of month-end variances and drive actionable insights.
Leads the business case analysis for new product development in partnership with key stakeholders ensuring strong ROI and balanced price/cost profiles. Regular validation that pipeline of new product development enables long-term strategic growth targets.
Elevates strategic pricing capabilities by incorporating competitive insights margin targets and cost rationalization to inform pricing decisions and track performance.
Partners with sales and marketing leaders to measure effectiveness of sales and marketing programs.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors Degree
Preferred Degree: Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting
Years of experience: Five to seven years
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work autonomously when necessary.
Passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and inform decision making.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with DOMO Power BI or similar platforms a plus.
Excellent communications skill with the ability to convey complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bias towards action and results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality analyses and actionable insights.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
