Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is integral to the successful execution of our communication strategies and initiatives. As a Communications Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the development and dissemination of internal and external communications enhancing our organizations visibility and engagement with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and editing content for various communication channels including newsletters social media and press releases.
- Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and promotional events.
- Manage and update the organizations social media platforms with engaging content.
- Conduct research to gather information relevant to communications projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and relay important information.
- Monitor media coverage and report on communications impact and effectiveness.
