Description of the role
University Home Care is looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Livonia MI. As a Scheduler in Home Care you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain schedules for caregivers and clients
- Communicate with caregivers and clients to ensure schedules are met
- Handle changes or adjustments to schedules effectively
- Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in scheduling preferred up to 1 years
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
