Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with excellent customer service and a winning attitude for our fast-paced environment. This person will be assisting our HR Manager Title Clerk service department and Accounts Payablesperson in the day to day operations.

Summary

This position handles all administrative work and overflow from corporate management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter service tickets every morning
  • Assist title clerk with logging deals
  • Assist accounts payable with paying invoices
  • Assist HR Manager with processing new hire packets
  • Accurately maintain filing system for all departments
  • Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong computer & phone skills
  • Professional personal appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated goal oriented and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the United Sates be able to pass pre-employment testing to includeMVR drug test and valid driver license.
