The Warehouse Lead will partner with the Warehouse Manager to ensure consistency in messaging overall warehouse results. In the absence of the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Lead will provide leadership and support to the warehouse team.

- Lead by example this is a working lead position.
- Inspect / assemble inbound product.
- Random Audits.
- Process improvement.
- Housekeeping.
- Train new associates.
- Aide manager in correcting and preventing errors.
- Staffing levels constant communication with supervisor regarding staff.
- Monitor department for safety concerns.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Aide manager to monitor productivity levels.
- Communicate product issues with Merchandise and Product Development teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- High School diploma preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft office.
- 1 year warehouse experience required.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Available to work overtime as needed.
A starting compensation range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
