- Install repair and maintain traditional & tankless water heaters home plumbing systems fixtures and water service piping
- Perform sewer repairs/replacements and work on kitchen & bathroom remodels
- Apply relevant plumbing codes to all installations and repairs
- Document work accurately and communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Ensure top-level customer satisfaction on every job
- Verifiable experience in residential plumbing installation and service
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems best practices and safety procedures
- A problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
- Personal hand tools valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or GED required; certifications are a plus but not required
