Job Summary
As a Sales Representative you will:
- Generate Leads through referrals and reviews.
- Inspect Properties and meet with insurance adjusters.
- Close Sales on roofing siding gutters windows and painting projects (residential and commercial).
- Educate Homeowners on exterior restoration solutions.
- Maintain Relationships with customers and third parties.
- Use Technology to manage customer data feedback and reviews.
No Roofing Experience No Problem.

Location and Travel Requirements
This position is based in Franklin TN and our service territory covers a 30-mile radius around this location. Applicants must reside in Middle Tennessee and be willing to travel within our local service area daily.

Qualifications
- 3 Years of Sales Experience: Direct customer-facing experience preferred.
- Personable & Organized: Build relationships and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable on Roofs: Not afraid of heights!
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel Word etc.).
- Good Driving Record: A valid drivers license is required.
