Job Description
Physician Assistant Neurosurgery Permanent Role
- Location: Grapevine TX 76051
- Shift: Full-Time Days 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
- Guaranteed: 40 Hours
- Compensation: Based on experience.
- Evaluate and manage neurosurgical patients in the Emergency Room (ER) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and hospital units.
- Provide first-assist support in the operating room during neurosurgical procedures.
- Perform neurosurgical bedside procedures in the ICU and ER as needed.
- Respond to after-hours calls from existing patients and referring physicians.
- Deliver clear and compassionate patient and family education regarding neurosurgical care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience acceptable.
- Physician Assistant License (PA) Valid in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required at hire or within 30 days of employment.
