Role Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented professional to take on the role of State Head – Mortgage for a reputed NBFC. This is a leadership opportunity to drive business growth and manage team operations across multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh with Varanasi as the base location.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mortgage business operations across the assigned state.

Strategize and execute business development plans to achieve growth targets.

Manage a team of Branch Managers and Sales Leaders ensuring productivity and compliance.

Strengthen market penetration through channel expansion and customer engagement.

Monitor credit quality portfolio health and customer service levels.
-
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Credit Operations Risk and Compliance.

Continuously analyze market trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the Mortgage/Home Loan domain.

Proven experience of at least 5 years in team leadership roles.

Demonstrated stability with a minimum 3-year tenure in the current organization.

Strong understanding of regional markets especially across Tier 2/Tier 3 cities in Uttar Pradesh.

Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills.
