Job Description
Position Summary
The Production Supervisor leads a shop-floor team to achieve daily output quality and safety targets. Acting as the first-line leader you will plan resources monitor KPIs coach operators and drive continuous-improvement initiatives (5S Kaizen Lean Six Sigma) to maximise productivity while ensuring strict compliance with EHS and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Soft Skills
Proficient in ERP/MES (SAP Oracle or similar) for work orders and inventory tracking.
5S Kaizen SMED TPM value-stream mapping.
SPC FMEA 8D root-cause analysis control plans.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
Comfortable analysing OEE capacity loading and cost-of-quality metrics in Excel or Power BI.
Strong coaching conflict-resolution and motivation abilities for a multi-shift workforce.
Clear verbal/written English; local language proficiency is an asset.
