Job Description
Telesales - Hindi/ Tamil/ Kannada/ Telugu
Location: Padivattom Ernakulam
Salary: 20000 to 25000 per month
Qualifications: Any Degree
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance in both Hindi and English.
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and needs.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized with no scripted responses.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to unique customer interactions.
- Previous experience in customer relations is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Proactive and smart individuals who can contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
