Position Overview
The Mechanical Engineer will design develop and maintain mechanical systems equipment and processes that support the organization s production quality and cost objectives. The role demands strong analytical skills hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in safety reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Create 2D/3D models detailed drawings and BOMs using CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Inventor).
Perform FEA / CFD simulations to validate designs for strength thermal load and manufacturability.
Generate technical specifications for new machinery tooling and fixtures.
Lead or support end-to-end project lifecycle: concept cost estimation scheduling procurement installation and commissioning.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors ensuring adherence to quality safety and timeline targets.
Analyze chronic equipment failures perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans including spare-parts strategies.
Drive Lean / Six-Sigma initiatives to reduce cycle time energy usage and waste.
Implement kaizen events value-stream mapping and OEE tracking to boost productivity.
Essential Qualifications
- B.E. / . (Mechanical Engineering) or higher.
- 3 7 years in mechanical design manufacturing or industrial maintenance (adjust as needed).
- Any of the following is an advantage: Six-Sigma Green Belt PMP ASNT NDT Level II OSHA 30 hrs.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks AutoCAD Inventor ANSYS).
Knowledge of GD&T tolerance stack-up and machining processes.
Familiarity with FEA/CFD fatigue analysis and material selection.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic pneumatic and rotating equipment.
Working knowledge of PLC/SCADA interfaces for mechanical systems.
Competence in MS Office MS Project / Primavera for scheduling and reporting.

Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
