Sean P Avera DDS part of the Mosaic Dental Collective is looking for a friendly organized and people-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Auburn CA. As the first smile patients see and the voice that sets the tone youll be an essential part of making every visit smooth and welcoming. Our front office runs on teamwork communication and positivityand with the support of Mosaic Dental Collective youll have everything you need to thrive and grow in your career.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Pay: $25-$29/hr depending on experience
What Youll Do
- Present treatment plans to patients and explain their insurance benefits
- Obtain financial commitment from patients and any necessary insurance pre-authorization and referral documentation
- Respond to patient billing treatment and benefit inquiries
- Greet patients warmly and help them feel at ease
- Coordinate schedules and manage appointments
- Handle insurance verifications and payments accurately
- Keep things flowing between patients and the clinical team
- Bring a calm can-do attitude that helps make every day run smoothly
What Were Looking For
- Prior dental or healthcare treatment coordination experience is a plusbut not required
- Periodontal experience is a plus
- A strong communicator whos helpful kind and patient-focused
- Comfortable with scheduling software or open to learning
- Attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized
- Someone whos team-oriented and excited to contribute
