Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Consultant to lead the Human Resources workstream in an S/4HANA transformation project within the life sciences sector. This role will work closely with the customer HR team to ensure a smooth transition of existing HR functions into the new digital suite.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the HR workstream collaborating with both SAP and customer-side HR teams
- Assess current HR functions and define future-state processes within the S/4HANA landscape
- Design and deliver SAP HR solutions that meet customer business and IT requirements
- Align HR solutions with broader project goals and ensure integration with other functional areas
- Guide project activities including blueprinting testing training and deployment
- Act as a key contact for all HR-related topics and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications :
- Significant experience with SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors in large-scale implementation projects
- Proven ability to lead HR workstreams and collaborate with customer stakeholders
- Understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how they map to SAP solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology
- Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
- Fluent in English
