An Account Manager is responsible for generating leads contacting potential clients and promoting our services to drive sales. They may engage in cold calling networking and attending meetings to build relationships with customers. Additionally they provide product information answer customer inquiries negotiate sales terms and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Their goal is to achieve sales targets cultivate customer relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
A successful Account Manager should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to KSTG and their customers. The main role of an account manager is to make sure our customers are happy and continue to do business with the company.
Account Managers must gain an understanding of the big-picture issues a customer is facing and continue to track their needs over time. Once they have a clear picture of what the customers goals are and what obstacles might stand in the way of achieving them Account Managers work to find solutions to those obstacles.
