Job Description

An Account Manager is responsible for generating leads contacting potential clients and promoting our services to drive sales. They may engage in cold calling networking and attending meetings to build relationships with customers. Additionally they provide product information answer customer inquiries negotiate sales terms and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Their goal is to achieve sales targets cultivate customer relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

A successful Account Manager should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to KSTG and their customers. The main role of an account manager is to make sure our customers are happy and continue to do business with the company.

Account Managers must gain an understanding of the big-picture issues a customer is facing and continue to track their needs over time. Once they have a clear picture of what the customers goals are and what obstacles might stand in the way of achieving them Account Managers work to find solutions to those obstacles.

Essential Functions:

  • Communicating with clients by phone through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Answer questions about the services offered.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of the service.
  • Prepare customer invoices and accept payments.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure all customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients desires.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential new services.
  • Perform job duties of a reservationist as needed by responding to customer inquiries providing quotes scheduling service and assembling itineraries.
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Perform other worker-related duties as assigned.

 


    Qualifications :

     

    • 3-5 year of sales/customer service manager experience in the hospitality/travel industry.
    • Strong technical skills required able to use multiple applications simultaneously to obtain appropriate information to provide the client.
    • Highly motivated and target driven.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with types of clients.
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
    • Strong organizational and detailed oriented skills.
    • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
    • Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills
