The Manager FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) will play a key role in the financial planning forecasting reporting and strategic analysis to support business growth and operational efficiency. This individual will support the entire business (Operations Construction Development and Managed Data Center Assets) and act as a business partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights and reporting that drive decision-making and optimize financial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the budgeting forecasting variance analysis and reporting processes across all businesses.
- Analyze financial statements operational metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with business units to assess financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue and expense optimization.
- Prepare monthly AMRs (asset management reports) and other monthly and quarterly presentations to communicate financial results and recommendations to executives investors and board members.
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis identify required action items and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast budget and prior-year expenses proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including areas of revenue expenses and capital expenditures.
- Implement and maintain FP&A platform updates and dashboard reports.
- Develop and enhance financial models. Improve forecasting accuracy and drive business insights.
- Perform competitive analyses to drive strategic insights and action.
- All other duties as assigned by T5 Management.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or relevant field required.
- MBA preferred.
- At least 3- 5years of FP&A financial modeling or corporate finance experience preferred.
- Data center real estate or service business experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with business leaders and capital partners required.
- Excellent Excel and analysis skills required.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner required.
- Exceptional attention to detail required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities required.
- Experience with NetSuite and Yardi systems preferred.
