You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dedicated and versatile IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid track record in IT support infrastructure management and endpoint security who is keen to expand into advanced areas such as networking device management and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and support technical projects contribute to infrastructure improvements and act as a technical escalation point within the team.
As part of the IT support team you will be responsible for delivering 1st 2nd and 3rd line technical support to internal users both remotely and onsite. This includes troubleshooting a wide range of issues and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain business continuity.
You will manage and support a suite of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Teams and Exchange Online. In addition you will administer Microsoft Azure services ensuring their availability performance and alignment with business needs.
Device lifecycle management will be a key focus utilising Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for deployment configuration and ongoing support. You will also perform routine server maintenance apply patches and carry out performance tuning across Windows Server environments.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining active directory managing group policies and supporting using Veeam to protect critical data and ensure rapid recovery in case of failure.
You will provide administration and support for hybrid telephony systems such as 8x8 and Microsoft Teams ensuring consistent communication across the organisation. In addition youll maintain and secure corporate mobile devices using modern mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
