Experienced Workday Senior Consultant / Manager to HR Strategy & Technology

As an experienced consultant in our Workday team you will lead teams in implementing Workday for a wide range of leading and multinational companies joining a team who has already delivered some of the most important Workday projects within the Nordic region. You will play an important role in improving our clients HR function by applying the newest technologies available and thereby improving their workforce experience.

You will be helping clients build and optimize their HR business processes organizational structures and integration with other systems by leading project teams either as functional lead or as project manager. It is therefore central that you have strong knowledge of and experience in the functional side of Workday implementations allowing you to guide and coach team members as well as clients on design and solutioning.

Qualifications :

We picture that you have 5 years of experience with implementing Workday either as a HRIS Manager on the client side or as a Functional expert in consulting as well as a relevant university degree within Business IT or similar.

What you bring to the team:

• A broad interest in HCM and digital solutions within HR technology but with dedicated expertise in Workday and the certification to match.
• Excellent analytical skills and can acquaint yourself with other peoples situations.
• You are structured professional and excellent at communicating messages in English both verbally and in writing.
• Engaged attitude and make a dedicated effort in everything you do having the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong desire to make a difference for our clients and colleagues.
• A proactive attitude that thrives in complex and dynamic environments.
