Support day-to-day operational risk and incident management including: ensuring risk and incident reporting quality review and challenging monitoring implementation of mitigating actions reconciliation of incidents
Support control testing including: identifying control gaps and assisting 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
Support monitoring and improvement of Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
Support Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process
Create reports for senior management and managing directors
Contribute to ad-hoc project topics as required.
Qualifications :
You are studying towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration finance economics or equivalent
You are available for min. 3 months internship
You are proficient in MS Office especially Excel or Google Workspace
You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English German language is advantageous
